7-11 October | Fitzrovia Gallery, London

This inaugural exhibition is both a personal milestone and public introduction of my work, which is uncomfortable. It is intended to represent my photography journey over the past year, which started in the Faroe Islands and built on my move from Hong Kong back to the UK. It struck me how similar in size and island geography both Hong Kong and the Faroes are despite being profoundly different culturally, historically and economically. This observation has given birth to what I hope you will find an interesting juxtaposition of outcomes in two similar geographies, both of which grew from colonisation and remain dependent territories. Some of the data points I have built into the exhibition may be unexpected and on some measures the Faroes is more economically productive than Hong Kong. I hope you enjoy these images, which are only a partial exposition of these two remarkable island communities.

A selection of works are available as limited editions of ten and as original, one-of-a-kind pieces. Each is supplied with a signed certificate of authenticity.
